It’s pretty much impossible for me to go to Target without checking out the dollar bins. Wow, I think today may have been one of my best finds ever…. just a couple months too late. If you are planning a black and white party in the near future, be sure to check out the Target dollar bins asap!! Look at the all this cuteness! And this was just the beginning! Striped straws, black polka dot plates and napkins, white and black favor bags, coasters, labels, stickers, ribbon, mini buckets, and the list goes on. It’s all marked as holiday in the Halloween bins, but sure looks like the makings for a Little Miss party if you ask me!! The same straws and ribbon are sold in other parts of the store for three times the price! Kinda crazy! Grab your black and white goodies! Happy Wednesday!

I’m asked often where I buy my milk bottles. Mine are actually recycled Starbucks Frappuccino bottles! They have worked perfectly for me and give great purpose for indulging in my guilty pleasure! I always thought the ones in online shops were way overpriced. If you want to find them locally, Michaels now carries them. I spotted them this week and they are on sale for $0.99! This is an even better deal than my thrifty recycled bottles!! They read “Dairy” and have a cute cow on the glass. They would be absolutely perfect for a farm party! If you don’t love the wording, you could easily cover it with a water bottle wrap.

A reader shared on the Sweet Peach FB page that you can also find them at Ikea. Another fan suggested they would make cute vases with some flowers and burlap ribbon. Love that idea! I could see them lined on the center of your fall table. So cute!

Like so many little girls, Eliza loves dress up, playing mommy and tea parties. She is almost always in someone else’s shoes… usually her sisters’ tap shoes or my high heels. It started early and funny enough, “shoes” was actually her first word after “momma” and “dadda”. This year, pulling off a big party just wasn’t feasible, but fortunately, the only thing Eliza requested was a tea party with her best girlfriend, Blayke. Absolutely, I can do that! I sought the help of the talented Casey at Sugar Studios. She created the adorable silhouette and I just LOVE how it came out!

Eliza and Blayke are only one day apart, born in the same hospital and our rooms were just down the hall from each other! Her mom and I are dear friends and our daughters have shared such a special relationship, literally from the very start. Look at the most precious photos captured by Kim Craig Ali Photography. These two just adore each other!

The white dresses were hand-me-downs from my Anna Claire and Julia and I asked Blayke’s mommy to send along her pearls and heels. The girls were sooo eager to get dressed up. It’s easy to forget sometimes that the most simple things can be so exciting to little ones! I wish I had a picture of Eliza’s face when she saw her room. She was so excited! The night before the party, Eliza got to sleep in our bed and I transformed her room after she went to sleep. Timing was perfect as we were sadly taking down her crib, putting away the glider and making way for her big girl bed. We used our Carolina play table and chairs from Pottery Barn Kids. I pulled in Anna Claire’s nightstand for our cake table and we used Eliza’s dresser as our “serving station”. Our Harper Rug is also from PBK. It was a very simple setup, but the girls felt sooo fancy!

The Little Miss Collection includes the following: invite, pennant banner, water bottle wraps, place cards, favor tags, cupcake toppers, welcome sign, flat note, stickers and straw flags. No matter how small the party, I can’t help but still love all the details! My husband just laughs at how excited I get, but it is so fun! Enjoy it while we can, right?

The beautiful cake was made by local baker, Kate Petronis. Kate shares my love for parties and has designed some incredible cakes!! You can see lots more of her work and party ideas on her blog at And Everything Sweet. I found the inspiration for this cake in a random google search and sadly, I do not know where. To the creative mind behind the original cake, thank you for sharing your talent! I hope our take is a compliment to you! I apologize for not being able to give correct credit where credit is due. Kate did an awesome job and of course, it was sooo delicious! The whole “too pretty to eat” does not stand true in our house! We had a family party that night and dug in!

After we dressed up, the girls were ready for their “tea cake”. On birthdays, I let them completely spoil their meals so we ate cupcakes first. You can see Eliza was not keen on sharing. She took her time, yet the rest were ready to nibble hers as seconds! That face!
I only set the table for Eliza and Blayke, but the big sisters really wanted to be part of the fun. We decided Anna Claire and Julia could be the waitresses and they just LOVED that idea!! I set up Eliza’s dresser as a serving station with drink pitchers, napkins, snacks and their boxed lunch. The white gable boxes came from Smash Cake & Co. I dressed it up with the silhouette sticker and polka dot ribbon from JoAnn. The snack containers were filled with yogurt and can be found in the Sweet Peach shop. The pink striped napkins came from the Target party aisle and matched perfectly.

For the favor, I bought these white boxes at Michaels and filled them with some girlie fun…. pink nail polish, pink lip gloss that looked like lipstick (they loved that), and some play jewelry.

After lunch, the girls just played… squealed, scooted around in heels, laughed and played! It was a simple celebration, but so sweet! I’m sooo thankful I had Kim Craig Ali Photography come over. She captured some of the most precious pictures that I will absolutely treasure! My little Minnie Pearl…

I wish this picture was a video! I would love to remember what they were laughing about! Something extremely silly, I’m sure, but they do have the cutest giggles together!

Happy 3rd Birthday to our dear friend, Blayke! {We sang to both of them!} You have such a sweet, tender heart, Blayke!! We are so thankful for you and your precious friendship!

And Happy 3rd Birthday to my my most precious, Eliza! You absolutely brighten our family! Your spunky personality, contagious giggle and 3 going on 13 conversations bring us so much laughter! I am so blessed to be your momma!

MOMS!!! This will change your mornings!!! I spotted this awesome checklist by Kori Clark and it has helped my girls GREATLY!! We are on week four of school and still getting our morning routine down pat. The girls now attend our church’s private Christian school, which we just love, but our mornings are very early and extremely time sensitive. In the world of Atlanta, you live by traffic patterns. It takes anywhere from 25-50 minutes to get to school so it very important that our mornings run smoothly and we get out the door on time. This checklist is so wonderful!! I created one for the girls that was just a bit more specific to their needs. I slipped it into a clear page protector and put it on a clip board. They carry it around the house with a dry erase marker and we reuse it each morning.

Between the two of them, I felt like I was asking 9 million questions every morning. “Have you brushed your teeth yet? Have you gone potty?” You know the drill! The girls were getting frustrated with my “nagging” so this has been a perfect cure for us. The girls LOVE it and think it’s really fun!! It’s a win-win for all involved, especially their momma who does not love early mornings or 5:45 alarms. {Whew, still working on this one!} You can grab your free download from Kori Clark or cruise Pinterest. I had no idea these were all over the place. I hope back to school is a smooth transition for you and your kiddos! Happy September!

Hey everyone! After a wonderful summer break and blogging vacation, I’m back! Our summer was filled with some fun adventures. We took an awesome family trip to Kennebunkport, had a sweet little tea party for Eliza, and celebrated my Anna Claire & Julia with a Barbie Party. Add in the beach, lake and lots of pool time… what is there not to love about summer?!! Another sweet event was the birth of this handsome little guy! Welcome Baby Oliver! Oliver’s talented mommy, Katie Davidson Photography took the adorable photo. Katie goes to church with us and has taken lots of our family pictures. {You just may recognize a pair of adorable twins on her welcome page!} She is the proud momma of 3 sweet boys and little Oliver makes boy #4! This Bow Tie Birth Announcement is a newly added design and I just love the white background. It is the larger 5.5 x 8.5 size and has the option of a coordinating back and professionally printed A9 envelopes. It is definitely my favorite announcement and could easily be revised for your little lady. If I can be of help with sharing your big announcement, please reach out! Congrats to the Davidson Family! Baby Oliver is just adorable!

My husband was checking our credit card the other night when I heard, “What is Posh Pickle?” I may be slightly in love with their new spring line! I also have this ticking timer in my head and know that I won’t get to dress the girls this way for long! They are growing up so fast on me!! I have a serious heart for sweet smocked dresses and preppy southern clothing. Posh Pickle is just that! They are also one of the MOST reasonable, yet quality clothing shops that I have come across! If this is your style, you NEED to take a visit to Posh Pickle. Your husband will thank me!! This is one of my favorites so far. I bought these sweet lobster dresses and just love them! We are going to Kennebunkport, Maine this summer so I couldn’t resist!
I love how perfectly so many of the Posh Pickle dresses match our party collections! Wouldn’t these sweet seashell dresses be great for your Mermaids and Mommies party?

I’m so glad y’all love silly things like plastic containers as much as I do!  I had so many requests last summer that I decided to start carrying them.  I thought I may be using these containers for life with the bulk order I placed.  Instead, they have really become a favorite for you too!  YAY!!  I was thrilled when it was time to re-order!  I know we are talking about disposable plastic here, but they are pretty great.  Sturdy, a perfect size and way cute with a circle sticker!

Lots of questions have been asked about the containers and circle stickers so I hope this Tuesday Tip is helpful…

Do the containers come in multiple sizes?
At this time, I only carry one size.  It is a 5 ounce container and the perfect fit for a party snack or favor.

What kind of label do I purchase for the stickers?
There is not a particular Avery label needed. You will simply print on 8.5 x 11 sticker paper and then cut the individual stickers. I prefer gloss stickers!

How do you cut the stickers?
You can always hand cut the circle stickers. I have done so myself. If you have lots to cut, a 3 inch circle punch makes your job much easier. This is the circle punch that I use and it works wonderfully.
Can you print on card stock instead of sticker paper?
Absolutely! You can print any file on any paper you choose. I have printed on card stock as well. I followed the same steps and simply glued them to the containers instead. It still works perfectly!

I’m still confused. How do I print these again? {Yes, I hear this often!! I promise it’s simple!}
1. Your file will arrive to your email with (6) 3 inch circle stickers on an 8.5 x 11 page. You can print as many copies as you would like. There is no limit.
2. Choose to print your file at home on 8.5 x 11 sticker paper or forward the file to your local printer. {Sometimes it is easier and more economical to send out the file. If you only need a few copies, most printers charge approximately $1 per sticker page. That can be a cheaper option than buying a full package of sticker paper. Another option is to print on card stock and use glue.}
3. Your stickers will print on 8.5 x 11 sheets and need to be cut.
4. Cut the individual circles by hand or use a 3 inch circle craft punch.
5. Peel off the sticker backing and attach to your plastic container.
6. Voila! Add your party snack or favor!

How do I order?
You can purchase the plastic containers through the etsy shop or email for your invoice. The printable sticker files are also available in the shop.

How many containers come in a pack?

The plastic containers come in sets of 12. Feel free to request a larger quantity if more are needed.
