Thank you for a wonderful holiday season and 2014! I started my etsy shop in April of 2011 when Eliza was born. It is so hard to believe 3.5 years has come and gone. Thank you for all your support this year! I’m looking forward to what is in store for Sweet Peach in 2015. Wishing you the merriest Christmas from our family to yours! I’ll be taking a blogging break until the new year. Enjoy your time with your family and I’ll see you in 2015! Merry Christmas!!

Every year, after Christmas dinner, we celebrate with dessert and a birthday party for Jesus. It is extremely simple, but reminds my children once again of what Christmas is all about. It’s not about the presents. It’s not about us. It’s about the birth of the Savior. We turn off the dining room chandelier, light a candle and sing “Happy Birthday” around the glow of a cupcake. This year, I only printed the banner and cupcake toppers. We hung the banner in the kitchen just before bed on Christmas Eve and enjoyed our cake on Christmas night. It has been such a sweet blessing to see churches and families ordering these printables! Happy, Happy Birthday, Jesus!

See the full “Happy Birthday Jesus” collection in the SHOP. Each file is available with your art choice of either a gift, cupcake or candy cane.

If you are in need of some stocking stuffers or little gift ideas, these freebies are adorable!! My girls love chapstick. LOVE! I spotted this free Rudolph printable by Vanessa Brady of Tried & True, bought my EOS lip balm and gave it a whirl. Simple, practical and so cute! I made 4 in probably 15 minutes. I actually strayed from the directions a bit and made it even easier. I skipped the foam board and just used scissors to cut out the nose. It worked perfectly! To finish, I put the lip balm printable into a clear cellophane bag with a red polka dot ribbon. It turned out even cuter in person! I’m making some for my nieces and our sweet baby-sitter next. If you like Rudolph, grab the free download and all the directions HERE! My friend, Krista, also found the adorable Santa and Snowman printables by Dimple Prints. Grab the free download for Santa or the snowman HERE! You can find the EOS lip balms at Target, Walmart and I’m sure most pharmacies. In our Target, they are often hanging out in the checkout lane or on the end cap in the make-up section. At Walmart, they were with the lip balms in the medicine area. If you are going for a red nose, the color you need is called Summer Fruit. It looked a little fuchsia in the store, but the color was perfect once I got it home. Thanks Dimple Prints and Tried & True for such creative ideas!!

If you are not familiar with this beautiful shop, you must go visit! I just love Dear Lillie! Hand drawn prints, printables and such pretty home décor inspiration! Much of her work includes scripture, which I adore. I used Dear Lillie’s Happy Birthday print as part of Eliza’s Watermelon Picnic and brought it out again for her Little Miss Tea party! It’s one of my favorites!
As Thanksgiving is upon us, please know how grateful I am for how you so sweetly support this little adventure of mine, Sweet Peach. I love getting to know so many of you and greatly appreciate your loyalty! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

I don’t love wrapping presents- the actual wrapping part. But, I do LOVE adding the pretty touches on top! I love it when all of my packages coordinate, tied with ribbon and have a sweet personalized sticker. Type A all the way. I can’t help myself, but I just do! I remember when my sister-in-law gave me a set of Christmas enclosure cards the first December after we were married. I LOVED them!! I was so excited to have anything with my new name! If you need some gift ideas or love to decorate your packages like I do, be sure to check out all the fun gift tags in the SHOP! Gift tags can also be revised to work as return address labels if you desire a matching sticker for your Christmas card.

Happy Friday!! I’m excited to share my 2014 Christmas Collection with you! I can’t promise that a card or two won’t be added in the coming week, but I’m forcing myself to post today. It’s so easy to just keep going and going with Christmas cards. I have so many ideas dancing around in my head, but unfortunately, I don’t have as many hours to bring all of them to fruition. Designing is timely, but a fun process. Yesterday, I spent almost all day in my pjs, listening to Christmas music and eating the girls’ Halloween candy as I worked away!

I hope you will enjoy these sweet new cards that I have created for you! You will find ordering info at the bottom of this post along with a fun BONUS for early shoppers!  I know there are so many places you can purchase your holiday cards. Please know that I am honored when you choose to support a small momma business like my own. Thanks so much y’all!!

This year, I have added the option of coordinating envelopes with each card style. I did this for myself last year and LOVED how beautiful it turned out! Cute and one less step! The perfect combo!  You can see each of the matching envelope designs listed with the cards in the SHOP.  The background on this design is called “black velvet” so it prints softer than a traditional solid black ink.

The larger cards were definitely the favorite last year. I used the same style for our family card and loved it too. You get a 5.5 x 8.5 card for the same price as a 5×7. Pretty great!! If you have a desire for custom wording, please ask.

Both the Monogram Oval and JOY cards are available in the larger 5.5 x 8.5 size as well.
Who is ready to be an early shopper? Please let me encourage you!

For all those who place their order by November 24th, I will include 12 FREE cards!

For those who can order by November 17th, I’ll include 20 FREE cards!!

All card pricing is listed under the Services tab.  If you would like to order the coordinating envelopes in place of the standard white, each professionally printed envelope is $0.50. To place an order, you can email or send a message via the contact box. A paypal invoice will then be sent. If you prefer a digial file for self printing, all printable cards are listed in the SHOP.  If you have any questions, please reach out. Thank you to my sweet customers for being such beautiful models along with Andrea Wood Photography and Kim Craig Ali Photography!

It used to make me crazy when stores would put out Christmas decorations and start the music in October…. or if you are Hobby Lobby, July!!! I well understand all the crafters have to prepare very early for holiday business. I start thinking about Christmas card designs in September and October myself. Now with children, my time is soooo much more limited that I have started shopping early as well. Instead of losing Halloween and Thanksgiving by thinking ahead, I feel like I completely gain it. I have only succeeded one year, but let me tell you, it was the most wonderful feeling!!! I set the goal of being completely finished with Christmas shopping by December 1st. {With exception to our tradition of taking the girls shopping for each other}. I was able to focus on the true meaning of Christmas- the birth of Jesus!! – and enjoy the season fully with our family. Now, all of this is coming from a girl who has been shopping on Christmas Eve and wrapping presents at midnight waaay too many times to count. It’s a serious challenge for me to work that far ahead, but I’m getting better and have three little ladies that provide great motivation!! Anna Claire and I had a big shopping day a few weeks ago and had the best time together!! If I had all three with me, it wouldn’t have been enjoyable at hour six…. or hour two for that matter. Yes, we shopped for 6 hours and loved every minute of it. Just being together, one-on-one made it so fun! Special snacks, getting to hold my hand non-stop and all the little talks that come with being on a date. We found some sweet gifts and I wanted to share one that I just love. Are you familiar with Stacy Brown Designs? She makes the most adorable hand painted personalized bracelets. I’ve bought them for others and they are super cute! One day, I will actually buy one for myself too! She has sooo many designs, color combos, patterns and styles. Stacy Brown also sells monogrammed purses, frames and so much more! To see all the possibilities, be sure to check out her beautiful shop! I hope you can find some special gifts for your loved ones this year. Join me in shopping early (this post is my accountability!!). Let’s take away the stress of Christmas and put the meaning back in it!
